Regulators publish updates to circulars in various areas of their respective areas of supervision which banks, NBFCs, Fintech companies, HFCs, corporates, listed companies, and others follow.

We are looking for Bankers, ex-bankers, finance professionals who will create Question Banks based on Regulator Circulars (RBI, SEBI, GoI, IRDA and others).

The current requirement is for Test Bank on Exposure Norms for Commercial Banks from RBI.

The domain experts should have had hands-on experience in the area of the circulars they propose to create question banks in. The questions should also include experiential, use case-based questions.

Scope of assignment for Domain Expert will be either or all of the tasks below.

1. Creation of a Summary Note on the Circular in simpler language
2. Creation of Question Banks
3. Maintenance of Question Banks and Summary Note as newer circulars are published.
4. Review of Question Banks created by another Domain Expert
5. Enriching previously created Question Banks.

Additional Points-

1. First Time Domain Experts working on this product (Skill Check Test Bank Creation) will submit a pilot prior to taking up the allotted topic of expertise completely. Pilot will not be charged to TC, unless the DE is selected, in which case the pilot test bank will be part of the production test bank
2. TrainingCentral will share the Question Bank Designing Guidelines for the pilot (and for the main assignment). The guidelines are given below this table. DE will provide the contents in line with the guidelines shared.
3. TC will share commercials on successful closure of pilot.

Qualifications

• Should have had at least 15-20 years of experience in Bank Management with experience in reviewing, tracking and implementing the relevant circular in his/her Bank.
• Should have a strong inclination towards writing, describing use cases and creating questions, tests and cases for previous organisation/s.
• Domain Expert with professional certifications relevant to the function will be welcome e.g. CAIIB with the subject of Bank Management.
• Prior experience in documentation, good communication skills and an attention to detail.
• The domain expert should be adept at Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel as the submissions will be required in soft copy as per template shared.
• Good quality English.
• No plagiarism; Trainer may refer to content from other publications, but copying content will result in cancellation of assignment with no payment.
